FD-230 is a doped mineral oil, free of chlorinated additives, for cutting, stamping, forming and drawing of soft to medium-hard steel bars, especially suited to materials that cannot come into contact with chlorinated products. Its oiliness, anti-wear and extreme-pressure additives give excellent dispersion of the oil film, good stamping and drawing capacity, enhanced tool longevity and a very good surface finish, while improving working conditions and offering non-polluting, low-cost disposal.
