NCH-F40 is a neat, chlorine-free cutting oil applied by micro-spraying, intended for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals and aluminium alloys — particularly suited to milling, tapping, drilling, reaming and sawing. It is also well suited to forming operations such as bending and expanding copper or aluminium alloy pipes for automotive radiators and heat exchangers, and to blanking operations by spraying.
