SOLCUT 7000 is a high-performance mineral-based soluble cutting lubricant containing an extreme-pressure chlorinated-paraffin additive for difficult machining. The EP additive reduces friction between chip and tool, ensuring good surface finish and longer tool life, and covers all the main functions needed for difficult machining on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Recommended use: severe machining 5–9% · very severe machining 7–12% · gear cutting 10–15% · Operating temperature: max. 240°C (464°F) / min. -3°C (27°F) · Packaging: 200L, 205L, 208L drums
