Brake Fluid DOT 3.0 Silver

BRAKE FLUID DOT 3.0 SILVER is based on polyethylene glycol ether technology to provide a high level of brake and clutch performance in automotive and commercial vehicles. DOT 3 has the lowest minimum dry and wet boiling points as defined by FMVSS 116. It is used in applications with disc, drum and anti-skid braking systems of diethylene glycol (DEG) quality.

Application

Recommended by Johnson Lubricants for applications where disc, drum and anti-skid braking systems are used in vehicles requiring DOT 3 level performance. Best for normal driving and lower-performance cars; common in older vehicles and economy cars. Absorbs water fastest of the three grades, so it has the shortest service life and needs the most frequent replacement.
