Brake Fluid DOT 5.1 Platinum

BRAKE FLUID DOT 5.1 PLATINUM is an ultra fully synthetic brake fluid, especially recommended for brake circuits in all vehicles using synthetic fluids where DOT 5.1 is required, and in particular for vehicles operating in very severe conditions. It is a glycol-based fluid that meets the high minimum dry and wet boiling points of the DOT 5.1 specification. It is based on non-silicone technology, which helps to extend pad life.

Application

Reserved for the most severe applications, such as heavy tow vehicles and race vehicles. Commonly used in sports cars, heavy-duty trucks and race vehicles. Particularly suitable for extreme braking conditions (racing, high speed, heavy loads). DOT 5.1 absorbs moisture similarly to DOT 4 but has better temperature resistance, and is best for cold climates and ABS systems because it flows better at low temperatures.
